Letter of Appointment

We hereby appoint The Advisers Limited to act as our Insurance Broker until further notice. This Authority replaces and revokes any previous authorities given or implied, to any agent or broker previously handling our insurances.

We further authorise the disclosure of personal information:

1. (a)   regarding our previous and/or current insurance held by any party.
2. (b)   collected by The Advisers Limited:
   1. (i)   to any insurer or reinsurer and any of their agents, and
   2. (ii)   to any bank, solicitor or finance provider for the purpose of obtaining or confirming finance arrangements.

We acknowledge The Advisers Limited will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in our current insurance arrangements until such time as these policies fall due and/or a full risk analysis has been completed by us.

By signing this letter of appointment, we agree to accept The Advisers Limited Terms of Engagement.

Pursuant to the Privacy Act the following is brought to your attention:

Any personal information collected is to enable The Advisers to evaluate the insurance you seek. It will be held by or on behalf of The Advisers Limited. You may request access to, and correction of any personal information held by The Advisers in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 2020.
